Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, please provide 24hrs notice so that others can access your time slot. Appointment changes can be made using the links on both your initial & reminder emails, via text 270-522-6265, or via email diane@bluegrassbftest.com
Cancellations of pre-paid appointments made less than 24hrs in advance (and all no-shows) will not be refunded.
Test Reminders
- Bring a swimsuit (workout clothes are okay)
- Bring a towel
- Be prepared to get completely wet
- Food and liquids before the test are okay (ideal conditions are 2 hours after eating)
- Exercise before the teat is okay (ideal condition is before or 30 minutes after exercising)
- Be kind to the water – no excessive hair products, lotions, or body oil
