One pound of fat is approximately 3,500 calories. 10 pounds of fat=35,000 calories. The average person consumes about 2,000 calories per day or 14,000 in 1 week.
14,000 daily calories minus 35,000 fat loss calories = a negative intake of 21,000
That’s a negative figure per day, folks.
That 10 pounds you’re losing is water. It’s not fat.
